Observation Sector 98

TESS Observation Sector 98 is comprised of observations made during orbits 205 through 208 of the TESS mission. Observations extend from November 9, 2025 through January 5, 2026. Sector 98 is the second of two sectors that cover four orbits. The regions of the sky observed are shown at right.

Targets for Sector 98

During Sector 98, 12,000 stars will be observed at two-minute cadence, up to 3,000 stars at 20-second cadence, and full-frame images will be collected every 200 seconds.

The list of targets observed at two-minute cadence are posted on the Target List page as soon as they have been determined. The target list includes the camera and CCD on which the target can be found, TIC ID, RA, declination, and TESS magnitude.
