Observation Sector 83

TESS Observation Sector 83 is comprised of observations made during orbits 173 and 174 of the TESS mission. Observations extend from October 1, 2024. The regions of the sky observed are shown at right.

Targets for Sector 83

During Sector 83, 12,000 stars will be observed at two-minute cadence, up to 2,000 stars at 20-second cadence, and full-frame images will be collected every 200 seconds.

The list of targets observed at two-minute cadence are given on the Target List page. The target list includes the camera and CCD on which the target can be found, TIC ID, RA, declination, and TESS magnitude.
