Observation Sector 7

TESS Observation Sector 7 is comprised of observations made during orbits 21 and 22 of the TESS mission.  Observations of Sector 7 extend from the 7th of Januray to the 1st of February. The regions of the sky observed during Sector 7 are shown at right. The targets observed during Sector 7 are below.

Pointing

During Sector 7, the instrument axis is pointed to 119° ecliptic longitude and -54° ecliptic latitude.
The orientation of the camera array in celestial coordinates is:

Targets for Sector 7

During Sector 7, 20,000 stars are observed at two-minute cadence, and full-frame images are collected every 30 minutes.
The list of targets observed at two-minute cadence are given on the Target List page. The target list includes the camera and CCD on which the target can be found, TIC ID, RA, declination, and TESS magnitude.
